Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Description:
Titan Motorsports is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our sales team. The successful applicant will be working directly with our customers from across the world. You will be our first-line of contact to our customers. You will use our tools to recieve track and resolve customer issues. As a Titan Motorsports Customer Service Representative you will professionally handle a high volume of complex inbound calls, which may also include correspondence to emails, faxes or written letters. Ensure questions and issues are resolved both promptly and accurately. Assist in a manner that participants are able to understand while thoroughly and efficiently gathering information, assessing and fulfilling the caller's needs, and providing education along the way.

Duties Responsibilities:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service including retail or any high impact customer service role. 
  • 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in the Automotive Performance and Motorsport industry.
  • Knowledge of Automotive basics including verbiage and functionality.
  • Familiarity with Automotive parts and parts manufacturers.
  • Experience with Windows workstations and Microsoft Office Tools.
